How does the order process work?
Bronze, Silver and Gold works as a standard drop-ship process. The customer places an order with us, we process the order and send their details to you. You send the products directly to the customer.
For our Platinum partners we will hold the stock at our premises and will cover all aspects of order fulfilment and delivery.
Is there a fee to join PurrfectlyYappy.com?
Joining PurrfectlyYappy is completely free for Silver, Gold & Platinum tier partners.
We charge a set up fee of £249* for Bronze partners.

How much commission do you take?
Our commission is based on the partner level you have chosen. Please see our ‘Sell with Us’ page for full details
How am I paid for my sales?
You will invoice us for the agreed amount based on your partner tier and the commission we take. We can make payment on a pro-forma basis however we prefer to make payments on a monthly statement. We can pay you via PayPal or BACS.

Who handles returns?
Bronze, Silver & Gold Tier Partners - We process returns and any unwanted stock will be sent back to you for a credit.
Platinum Tier Partners - We process returns and non-faulty products will be returned to stock at our premises. Any faulty items will be send back to you for a replacement or credit.
Where will you advertise my products?
Your products will be sold on PurrfectlyYappy.com and depending on partner level shared via our social media channels. We also market your products via Google Adwords to maximise brand exposure.
We do not sell via eBay or Amazon.
Do you discount products?
We believe that everyone should be part of a fair marketplace therefore we are happy not to discount products to undercut competitors.
Can anyone become a partner?
You can be a partner whether you're a small business or a large corporation. We look for beautiful products for pets, pet lovers and pet inspired home accessories, so we only select products that reflect our brand. If you have something beautiful that you think fits PurrfectlyYappy.com, we'd love to hear from you!
Can I change my partner level?
We want to make sure that everyone is on the right partnership tier for their business. We aim to have quarterley account reviews to ensure partners are getting the most our of their partnership with us. There will always be an opportunity to adjust your partner level.
