Another firm favourite at Purrfectly Yappy is this extraordinary photographer, Penelope Malby. Penelope is a pet and wildlife photographer based in Tadworth, Surrey but adds that she will travel locally. For the result of these photos however, I’m sure many pet owners would be travelling miles and miles for just a touch of this beautiful photography. Studio shoots are available, and Penelope offers some exceptional styles. As an animal trainer turned photographer, she just loves to spend time photographing animals. As well as dogs, Penelope is available to photograph cats and rabbits in her studio and even offers shoots available on the beach in Norfolk. Alice Loder is a multi award-winning photographer working out of Hampshire, UK. Specialising in lifestyle and equine fine art, with a wide range of prints available, she has been awarded British Dressage 2012 Photographer of the Year and Kennel Club Dog Photographer of the Year 2014. Just from looking at some of her photos, you can see how beautifully she manages to take photos of many loved pooches. Rob King of Mojo el Mundo captures photography in the Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London area. As well as photographing some beautiful pets, Rob has an interest in Sports, news, events and portraits. He also features as a photographer for weddings and celebrations, so his capability to deliver exceptional photography is in need of some celebration. What we love about his work the most is his ability to really focus on the pet and show their true personalities and beautiful characters in just one small, close up snapshot.
Stuart Holroyd: The Bay Tree Rescue Project
Next up, we have a distinctive photographer called Stuart Holroyd. Stuart is a Conceptual and Commercial Photographer. With his work being published in 30 different countries and in over 20 different languages, it is clear to see just how talented he is. From The Huffington Post to the Daily Mail, from BuzzFeed to ABC News, his work is known the world over for being unique and bespoke.
Most people don't know that animal cruelty in Cyprus is at an all-time high. Dogs are being dumped, beaten and tortured for absolutely no reason other than amusement. Kayte Wilson-Smith runs a small rescue centre for these dogs in Oroklini, Larnaca. She houses about 60 dogs at any one time.
Kayte is fully funded by her own UK pension and donations. The donations are very low and something needed to be changed.
For this reason, Stuart has created 10 unique images that will be published in a book all proceeds purely to help Bay Tree Rescue. Everybody’s attention is needed; just sharing photos and messages will help massively and we can finally get some money into the home so Kayte can give these animals a fighting chance.
